The Osteo Wellness Collective

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Emily has been passionate about movement and the outdoors from a young age. She grew up as a competitive gymnast and later competed on the varsity rowing team at Western University as an Academic All-Canadian. After experiencing an injury as a varsity athlete, she found that osteopathy played a key role in helping her recover, feel better, and return to the activities she loved. This experience sparked her interest in pursuing osteopathy as a career.

Building on this foundation, Emily completed her Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Kinesiology at Western University before spending four years at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she earned her Master of Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc). While completing her studies, she also worked as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, further deepening her understanding of movement, strength, and balance. She now combines her athletic background, hands-on training, and osteopathic education to provide thoughtful, individualized care for every patient.

Emily is passionate about helping people move with more ease, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time in nature, exploring the outdoors of NWO, hiking, music, reading, and staying active. Her hobbies and passions continue to inspire her practice, allowing her to connect with patients and support them in achieving their own health goals.
